Alfredo pasta Sauce

1.Pre Boil pasta of choice in boiling water with oil and salt for 11-13 mins, strain and wash in cold water, drizzle some oil and set aside
2.Defroste the sauce in its own packaging in microwave or by sinking it in a half pan of boiling water for 5 mins
3. In a pan heat olive oil or butter or both, toss veges or meat of choice, follow by pouring the sauce and gently stir
